Obama says the matter of Climate Change is a matter of urgency and national security. He also states that this issue creates not only a problem but an opportunity to create jobs all across the country, in repowering America, increasing energy efficiency, strengthening the economy, and reducing our dependence on foreign oil.
Now lets hope that promising discussions progress rapidly into effective action.
